Last year the James Clark and family monument was hidden in the Japanese Knotweed. This year it is clearly visible.
In this image you can see that the knotweed has started to grow. I have cut it four times so far this season in the hopes of keeping the entire cemetery visible. As of yesterday we have submitted three See-Click-Fix requests to the city to remove 45 bags of Japanese Knotweed.
We are always looking for individuals who would like to volunteer a few hours a week. We are also in need of donations for supplies so we can repair the damaged headstones.
